Continuing with the DANNIJO Holiday Gift Guide, we chose Leigh Hunter Long as our second gift guide profile. Leigh grew up with Jodie and I in Jacksonville, FL and is one of the coolest, most down-to-earth and lovable girls I know. She describes her style as “simple” and “loves black and white.” Leigh always looks so put together but in an effortless and approachable way. She’s a Southern belle, works in finance in New York (her husband is in Columbia business school) and is a total guys-girl. On weekend’s you’ll find her drinking beer with the boys (yeah, she’s cool). Sorry single guys, she’s taken, but she gives great advice for those of you who are smitten and trying to figure out what gift to get your girl for the holidays.

Describe your personal style Very simple. I love black and white. But having friends in the jewelry biz helps me branch out a lot!

What are your beauty secrets? Not such a big secret but lots of sleep looks good.

Any favorite products? Laura Mercier Secret Concealer, Anastasia Brow Fix, Peter Thomas Roth Max Complexion Correction Pads from Sephora (*These are awesome), Almay Eye Makeup Remover Pads (which Jodie introduced me too), Olay Deep Cleansing Face Wash with Witch Hazel, Rene Furterer Mousse

What is your favorite accessory and why? Is there something you wear everyday? Earrings are a favorite accessory that I wear everyday. I feel plain without them.

Do you have any holiday traditions? Favorite places to go or celebrate? I love eating Triple Chocolate Pumpkin Pie which is a Martha recipe (or anything with pumpkin in it) this time of year, watching “A Christmas Story” over and over and celebrating with my 5 best girlfriends at a Secret Santa dinner.

What’s the coolest gift you ever received and who gave it to you? My engagement ring from my husband. It is corny, I know.

What do you plan on giving this year? Books and Slankets.

What item at DANNIJO.com would you want your husband to give you? Evelyn earrings because the blue iridescent tones are so gorgeous. Or the Cecile earrings because they look like jewels are just pouring down from your ears and you could wear them with absolutely anything. The Mariella earings are amazing too and look like something Michelle Pfeiffer would wear in Scarface.

What advice would you give guys on what to give their girlfriend, spouse or girl of interest for the holidays? If a guy likes a girl, a bracelet or cuff is a good gift. You can’t go wrong with a DANNIJO cuff— it can be thrown on for work or play, formal or casual settings and always make a girl’s look more exciting.
