Don’t Try This at Home
Friday, January 29th, 2010

It was 18 degrees and winds coming at 21mphr last night.  I was trying to make my way towards the highway.  I didn’t have my jacket on, so I quickly put down my purse and iPhone on the road to bundle up.  As I was zipping up, I spotted a cab come around the corner. I grabbed my purse and started springing towards it—still against the massive winds.  They were so strong you could hear them whipping around.

As soon as we made it one block away, and I was de-thawing, I realized I had left my iPhone on the street!  I turned around and saw another taxi pull into the alcove where I had previously gotten dressed and panicked.  I jumped out to find my iPhone upside down, 3 ft behind the wheels of another taxi.

Anyway, download this new Yeasayer Single because it’s unbelievable, and don’t ever put your iPhone on the ground—for even a second. Or else…
