Orders
Web orders are made-to-order. Orders can take up to two weeks depending on available parts and the level of labor intensity for the purchased item/s. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments.
If you have a DANNIJO.com credit, it may not be combined with a promotional code.
Return Policy
All sale items are final sale. If you are not satisfied with your DANNIJO.com purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of its arrival for store credit only. Item(s) must be returned in new condition. Returns cannot be accepted on opened iPhone cases. Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a DANNIJO.com credit via email. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
To return an item please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on RMA
3. Click "Request New RMA"
4. Fill out the required fields within the "Request Information" page
5. Click "Submit Request"
When your RMA is successfully created, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA #. Please allow up to 48 hours for your RMA to be processed. When your RMA is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions. You must receive an RMA # and approval before returning any item(s). All packages will be refused if an approved RMA # is not on the box.

We only recommend UPS or Fedex when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Repair Policy
We will repair any jewelry design purchased through DANNIJO.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email repairs@dannijo.com and request a repair tracking number (RTN).
Less than 6 months after purchase is FREE
More than 6 months is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
Gift Cards
DANNIJO Gift Cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Gift Cards are in US Dollars and do not expire. Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Promotional codes may not be combined with or applied to a Gift Card. If your order is less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your Gift Card code. DANNIJO is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission. DANNIJO reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if such action is necessary. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any items purchased with a Gift Card.
Product Care
Each piece of DANNIJO jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care + feed routine to extend the life of the jewelry so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions.
After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box. Please note that the majority of the collection requires wirework, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.
