Orders ship next business day if ordered by 6 p.m. EST. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is backordered, please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective. Opened iPhone cases cannot be returned. Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Please remember RMAs will only be approved if requested within 7 days of an order's arrival.
To return an item please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click "View Order"
3. Click "RETURN" under your order number at the top of the page
4. Fill out the required fields within the "NEW RETURN" page
5. Click "Submit"
When your RMA is successfully created, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA #. Please allow up to 48 hours for your RMA to be processed. When your RMA is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions. You must receive an RMA # and approval before returning any item(s). All packages will be refused if an approved RMA # is not on the box, the allotted return time has past, and/or the item was purchased on sale or using a promotional code.

We will repair any jewelry design purchased through DANNIJO.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email email@example.com
and request a repair tracking number (RTN).

- Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

Gift Cards are in US Dollars and do not expire. Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Promotional codes may not be combined with or applied to a Gift Card. If your order is less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your Gift Card code. DANNIJO is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission. DANNIJO reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if such action is necessary. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any items purchased with a Gift Card.
Each piece of DANNIJO jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care + feed routine to extend the life of the jewelry so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions.
After each wear — gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box. Please note that the majority of the collection requires wirework, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.
