We wanted to take a moment to address the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID19) crisis and let you know the measures we are taking to protect our community and staff.  Your health and the health of our team is paramount.
In order to ensure the safety of our team, we have asked our employees to work from home and rotate coming into the office once a week to ship your orders in order to practice social distancing.
As always, we will do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible, but please be aware our small business (and many others) continue to be impacted by the global pandemic causing unavoidable delays in production and shipping.

ORDERS

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on the weekends and Holidays. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is pre ordered or back order, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments.  For customized merchandise please allow 7-10 business days for completion.  For inquiries regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email orders@dannijo.com. 
DANNIJO OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED ON  GOOD FRIDAY, MEMORIAL DAY, PRESIDENT'S DAY, JULY 4TH & 5TH, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING/BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY, AND NEW YEAR'S DAY.  NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON THOSE DAYS.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, AmazonPay, GooglePay, Affirm and PayPal as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on DANNIJO.com for any order;
Pre-order or Backorder.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 12 days of your order's arrival*. Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns/Merchandise must be received within 10 business days from the time of your request. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. 

ALL SALE ITEMS AND ITEMS USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE FINAL SALE. Vintage merchandise is Final Sale. Sample Sale is Final Sale.

Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
                  
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
  
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN

Please remember returns will only be approved if requested within 7 days of an order's arrival. Returns/Merchandise must be received within 7 business days from the time of your request.

We require you email us so that we can provide you with a return service label for local U.S orders. Please email orders@dannijo.com and include your first and last name and order number. You can also return using a trackable service of your choice. You also have the option to use a trackable service of your choice.

If you decide to use our pre-paid UPS return label, a return shipping fee of $12 USD (for returns within the 48 contiguous states) or $30 USD (for returns from Alaska and Hawaii) will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

We currently do NOT offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
 
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.
 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please be advised that for International orders returns may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations in the US. If you request a return of your order or refuse your shipment and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. We do not provide return labels for international returns. Please use a service with a tracking number if you decide to return merchandise back to the U.S.

REPAIR POLICY

We will repair any jewelry design purchased through Dannijo.com.
For all repair inquiries, email orders@dannijo.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will ask you send it to us. Make sure you use a trackable service and protect your jewelry with proper packaging.
Repairs take 2-5 weeks to complete.
Less than 6 months after purchase is FREE
More than 6 months is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
 
PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER STOCKIST
Items purchased through other merchants must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please contact the stockist that you originally purchased the piece from. If they are unable to help you, please email orders@dannijo.com and we will do our best to assist you.

    E-GIFT CARDS

    DANNIJO E-Gift Cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:
    • e-gift cards can be ordered in fixed dollar amounts from $50 to $500.
    • e-gift cards can be sent via email to any individual with a valid email address.
    • as with any purchase, you will receive a confirmation email once the e-gift card email is sent to the recipient.
    • e-gift card cannot be purchased using another  e-gift card. 
    • no sales tax is charged when purchasing an e-gift card.

    Please note that we cannot replace a lost or stolen e-gift cards to purchase an e-gift card.

     

    PRODUCT CARE

    Each piece of DANNIJO jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care + feed routine to extend the life of the jewelry so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions.

    Be sure any cosmetics, perfumes, etc. are dry before putting on your jewelry, and that there is no contact with water.  After each wear — gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box or pouch. Please note that the majority of the collection requires wirework, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.

    For oxidized styles, the deliberate darkening of metal and crystal may differ from piece to piece to allow for our signature one-of-a-kind aesthetic. All our jewelry is Designed in New York (with Love).
