Director of Digital and Strategic Partnerships

The Director of Digital and Strategic Partnerships oversees all consumer-facing marketing for the DANNIJO brand. The Director oversees all owned digital channels including e-commerce, social media, e-mail and digital advertising as well as third party channels, such as digital publications, blogger and influencer channels. The Director also spearheads all Strategic Partnerships, aligning DANNIJO with like-minded brands to leverage new audiences, build brand awareness, and effectively cross-promote across verticals. The Director is also responsible for Public Relations efforts, helping to amplify the DANNIJO brand name and reach globally. 


Responsible for the oversight and growth of DANNIJO worldwide wholesale business
Act as main point of contact for all current and potential DANNIJO wholesale clients, including full price and off-price
Execute new client acquisition process through outreach, screening, and relationship management
Responsible for managing the strategic planning and execution of seasonal markets four times annually
Create seasonal merchandising strategy for new collections and devise pricing strategy
Negotiate and finalize all new client agreements, in season co-ops, RTVs and swaps
Lead internal strategy meetings including best sellers and scorecard recaps
Consult and guide clients through ordering process, strategically structuring buys around sell through data and clientele analysis
Build sales strategies to effectively market available inventory to relevant wholesale clients
Manage all wholesale activity on a daily basis and foster client partnerships through growth initiatives, brand education programming, major in-store event planning and press/marketing activities
Identify, develop and retain talent by positioning direct reports for long-term success
Must have 3 years experience for consideration, preferably in jewelry or luxury fashion market
